HANDMADE ALL PURPOSE MERMAID DRESS

Mermaid dress is a style of gown which closely fits to the body 

till thighs and then turns into a 'fishtail' giving fullness to the garment.

I was unable to make this dress within six hours without Sujata Gupta's

help. All the stitches are done by hands due to lack of equipment.

There is not even a bit of machine work.

It is an all purpose dress as you can wear it

 on any marriage function to an evening party.

This fully customized dress can be paired up with long shrugs. 

I used black shrug here. The Madhubani art embroidery at the middle 

upper part of the dress is enhancing the beauty of the garment. Pairing 

them up with kohlapuri flats, golden-black jewelry and dark makeup

is never going to disappoint you .In place of earrings you can also

wear 'maang tika' . Maang Tika is an beautiful piece of jewelry worn

in the middle parting of your hair.  Wear bangles to complete the look 

and now you are ready to flaunt this mesmerizing attire.
